Tillandsia usneoides

Tillandsia Usneoides is a bit of an outsider within the Bromeliad family. But is very popular. It is also known as 'Spanish Moss' and is used as decoration material. It is an air plant that absorbs its food and liquid via the roots . As such they make ideal mobiles, green additions to works of art and can be integrated as an exuberant gesture to a lamp.

Tillandsia Usneoides are ideally suited to bathrooms with natural daylight. They like a humid climate, so ideal next to the shower. Just give them a spray them occasionally!
